Gosh! It turns out I haven't written absolutely anything in a year, and not because I didn't want to, it's just that I didn't know how or where to begin.
So, although I may, or may not eventually write about last year, I'll definitely tell you about what's new.
Two weeks ago, while going to the store, I found a dog. Clearly a stray and malnourished, he was pretty much a sack of bones. Offered him food and he accepted without running away from me (which is something that has happened more than once) so I decided to give it a try and lure him home. It turns out he did actually follow me! 😱
So I took him home and to the vet. It turns out, he's a puppy (around 7 months old) he appears to be healthy (although he's got an infection on his snout and certain parasites from eating garbage, and definitely underweight)
He's on meds now, eating 3 times a day and learning a couple of tricks.
I'm very happy I rescued him, I have to admit I wasn't used to having a puppy around anymore, both of my dogs are adults by now, but he's the sweetest little fella.
Hopefully it'll all work out, and we'll be a bigger family now.
